• We will accept returns and cancelations.

Cancel within 24 hours of purchase. Subject to transaction fees

Return within 3 days, must be in new unopened condition. Subject to restock fee

Refunds: if you paid using paypal, we will refund the full purchase price less the transaction fee. This fee is not returned to us by paypal, the buyer is responsible for this fee. Any other fee that is charged to the seller, and isn't returned during a refund, will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Return policy:
Returned items must be in new, unopened, unused condition. Due to improper repacking, and items being damaged.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges(even though it says "free shipping" shipping is not free) to buyer and back to us.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
If items have been opened and then repacked and get damaged during the return shipping there will be an additional charge to repair or replace the damaged item or items.
We do not charge a restock fee on items that were damaged in shipping to customer. We then send a replacement at no cost to customer when it is determined through a return or pictures (in some cases) that replacement or return is needed.

Once we begin working on a custom order cancellation will not be accepted.
Once an item ships, we cannot accept cancellations. It becomes a return and is subject to the return policy.

Payment
Accepted forms of payment:  Credit & Debit Cards, PayPal (account not necessary, as secure payment can be made as a guest.)

We do not ship outside of the lower 48 states. If you live in Canada or any other place outside of the lower 48 states please get a shipping quote before placing an order.

All smaller items are shipped via USPS priority mail, and will be shipped within the time frame stated in the listing. All of our larger items usually ship UPS or FEDEX unless requested to ship via some other company by the buyer.
< Orders will be shipped to the shipping address on the PayPal Transaction Details Page. Before placing an order, be sure your PayPal shipping address is up-to-date and is actually where you want the item to be shipped.
If the shipping address on the PayPal Transaction Details Page is different from the shipping address specified in your Etsy account, the item will not be shipped. You will be asked via email and/or convo to cancel the order, make the correction and reorder.  Paypal does not return the transaction fee to the seller, therefore the buyer will be responsible for this fee.

In the rare event in which a product is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be shipped at no cost to buyer upon return of product (or provide picture(s) of damaged item to assess if return is needed for refund.)

In the event that an address is incorrect and we've already shipped the item to the incorrect address, we take no responsibility for the refunding or replacement of the item or shipping.

All communication received will be answered as soon as possible within 2 business days (Monday-Friday)

Custom order requests are always welcome and will be assessed as appropriate. If accepted, a private custom order listing will be created with the necessary details for the buyer before purchase. Full payment must be received prior to processing of order.
